OUR PHILOSOPHY
The Earth Collection is based on a strong philosophy of producing natural fibre clothing and accessories with respect for the environment. The Earth Collection uses a range of 100% natural fabrics such as cotton, silk noil, ramie, linen and hemp and all fabrics are dyed with dyes that are free of heavy metals and thus friendly on the environment. Accessories such as buttons are made of natural materials such coconut, corozo nut or bamboo. Our swing tags are made of recycled paper and even the ink used these is water based. EU FLOWER (The European Eco-label)
In 2008 The Earth Collection was was awarded the coveted EU Flower for its commitment to the environment by guaranteeing a limited use of substances harmful to the environment or to health in its cotton production, as well as reduced water and air pollution, and minimal textile shrink and colour resistance. The Earth Collection has worked hard for many years to build and sustain excellent relationships with our factories in China. People wearing our clothes now have the EU’s guarantee that they are among the most benign to the environment and to their health.

OUR STORY
What started in 1993 as an idea based on production of environmentally friendly T-shirts has developed into a major brand name and clothing concept producing and selling a wide range of products made with the basic philosophy of respect for the environment and for the people we work with. Today The Earth Collection is sold in several hundred shops in more than 20 different countries around the world.

In Australia The Earth Collection has grown into six concept shops since 2001 and our products are also sold in more than 40 different retail outlets around the country today. It is our goal to continue to grow the distribution of The Earth Collection in Australia and we look forward to welcoming you in one of our concept shops soon.

A STEP TOWARDS A BETTER TOMORROW
One of our slogans is 'a step towards a better tomorrow' which relates mostly to how we approach production and distribution of clothing in an environmentally friendly way. However The Earth Collection is also involved in various benevolent causes worldwide including charity projects in Africa. In Togo in Africa The Earth Collection has been involved with several projects including the construction of a school, a kindergarten as well as new water wells.

Brand new Secondary School in Hahomégbé, Togo sponsored by The Earth Collection and ready for the education of 450 pupils aged between 12-20.

In Australia The Earth Collection is involved in several ongoing sponsorship programmes for impoverished children around the world through the Danish sponsor organization 'BØRNEfonden'.

The Earth Collection Australia also supports the 'Donated Goods' charity through regular donations of clothing. Donated Goods is an activity of 'Make a Difference' and typically responds to requests for help from destitute people and those in very disadvantaged circumstances.
